When you start your account at Tiviclick, you become the account manager and can add an unlimited number of agents. Every agent has a private agents’ page. When agent is available, a green icon appears. If no agent is available, visitors can send a message.

You can select title, color and language changes for your widget. You can select to display or hide the agents list on your chat widget. You can add a nice message to your customers, and another message to appear when no one is available.
